• 5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
• 2 pinches of salt
• 1 pinch of ground black pepper
• 4 slices of Canadian loin
• 2 slices of bread box
• 4 pieces of Cheese the laughing cow spreadable (21 gc / u)
• 2 pinches of oregano
• ¼ cup of watercress

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the asparagus for 3 minutes, add the vinegar and reduce by half. Pepper and reserve.
