Step by Step of: How to make beef steak in bean sauce and tree chili
For this recipe you will need the following ingredients: • 190 g of Philadelphia® Cream Cheese • 12 pcs of medallions of beef fillets of 100 g each • 1/4 finely chopped white onion • 2 cups. of fried refried beans (can) • 6 tree chiles • 2 tbsp Of olive oil • 1 cdita. of chicken powder consommé • 2 cups. of chicken broth
Heat the olive oil in a pan and seal the medallions for 2 minutes on each side. Reservation.
Add the onion in the pan and let it fry until it turns golden.
Add the chiles de árbol to the onion and let them fry for a minute. Turn off and reserve.
Blend beans, onion and fried chilies, chicken powder, chicken broth and Philadelphia® Cream Cheese perfectly.
Serve the sealed medallions in a refractory and add the hot sauce.
