Ingredients: • 190 g of Philadelphia® Cream Cheese • 3 tbsp. of oil • 1 tza. of rice soaked in hot water • 1 tza. of disinfected cilantro leaves • 1 pza. chile poblano roasted and deveined • 2 cups. hot water • 1/4 pza. of onion • 1 clove garlic • 1 tbsp of powdered broth • 1 tza. of mixed vegetables, frozen
Heat the oil in the pan.
Lightly fry the rice until golden brown.
Blend cilantro, chile poblano, water, onion, garlic and consommé.
Add rice, cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the Philadelphia® Cream Cheese and cook 5 more minutes.
