The ingredients that you will need are:
• 500 gms. Ground beef
• 2 Carrot cubes
• 2 Cubed pumpkin
• Half finely chopped onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 4 Tomato
• 400 gms. Ricotta cheese
• Fried tomato
• Italian herbs
• Salt
• Pepper
• Gouda cheese

In a large skillet put a little olive oil, the ground beef, the onion and the garlic.

Add the carrot and pumpkin

Add the ground tomatoes, the fried tomato and season with the Italian herbs, salt and pepper.

Let it boil for 20 minutes so that the meat absorbs the flavor of the other ingredients.

Separately, in a previously greased refractory, place a layer of pasta, on top of one of meat and then one of ricotta cheese. Continue like this until filling the refractory. Finish with a layer of meat and top with striped gouda cheese to melt

Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is au gratin and cooked pasta.

La pasta se cuece en agua caliente Se te olvidó comentar, que LA PASTA se cuece, (no se coce) en agua caliente con un poco de sal antes de colocarla en el refractario.Yo la hago con queso chihuahua y parmesano y queda también súper. Saludos
