Rajas with cream are a delicious alternative to meat, as well as being one of the most traditional Mexican dishes. I share my recipe so you can learn, step by step, how to make delicious slices with cream.
For this recipe you will need the following ingredients: • ½ white onion • 2 butter spoons • 6 depopulated and skinless poblano Chiles • 1 can of elotitos • 190 gr of Cream Cheese Philadelphia • 100 ml. of Acid Cream • Salt • Pepper
Cut the onion into thin half moons.
Blend Philadelphia Cream Cheese with cream, salt and pepper.
Smoke onion with butter.
Add the rajas and elotes, let them fry for a few minutes.
Add the Cream Cheese Philadelphia mix.
Integra and serve.
