Ingredients:

• 200 grams of fresh salmon
• 1 cup can or frozen pea
• 1/2 cup of lemon juice
• 1/4 cup of olive oil
• 1 teaspoon of dill
• 1 pinch of salt to taste
• 1 pinch of pepper to taste

Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes. Add dill, salt and pepper.
In a bowl, add the lemon juice and add the salmon. Cover the container with non-stick paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Blend the peas, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper. Reservation.

Remove the salmon from the marinade and dry perfectly with a servitoalla.
Add 200 ml of water to the steamer and cook for 5 minutes.
