• 190 grams cream cheese
• 5 Pieces Cooked and peeled potatoes
• 2 Tablespoons corn starch
• 1 salt spoon
• ½ Cup flour
• 2 Pieces egg
• 1 Bimbo® Ground Bread Cup
• 1 Cup Oil for frying

Crush the potatoes with half the cream cheese, cornstarch and salt.

Form balls with your hands and fill with remaining pieces of cream cheese.
Pass through flour, egg and Bimbo® Ground Bread. Fry until golden brown, pass through absorbent paper and drain.
