Paleo diet

Paleolithic diet is a healthy way to eat, this will help you stay slim and full of energy. Only natural proteins, organic foods, fruits and vegetables are allowed. It is very important not to consume legumes, sugars, fats, processed foods and processed grains (cereals, wheat, flour, bread and pasta). It is advisable to gradually eliminate food that is not allowed to gradually get used to it.
