The Protein Diet

Some nutritionists recommend following a diet based mostly on proteins; but, contrary to what one might think, they must come from animal origin and not from cereals. In 1972 the American doctor Robert Atkins designed a diet consisting of consuming large amounts of protein and a minimum of carbohydrates to lose weight. The consumption of large amounts of protein causes the fat deposits to be mobilized and the appetite to be inhibited. Therefore, for this diet you should include plenty of beef (but only grilled or baked)

Another day, instead of meat, opt for fish or seafood (grilled or baked)

Eat egg at breakfast.

As a strong meal, you can also choose chicken (grilled or baked).

Instead of egg, you can have cheese at breakfast.

You should complement the strong food with one or two servings of fresh or cooked vegetables: Swiss chard, watercress, cabbage, spinach or lettuce.

For dinner, you can consume steamed vegetables or vegetable soup. Complement with fresh cheese, egg or turkey ham.

usar clara de huevo en preparaciones es muy bueno tambien poque aporta proteinas

dieta de proteinas hola, rapidamente comento que llevo mas de 15 años con problemas de peso por razones de salud, no por comer de mas, y el año pasado encontré la dieta de proteinas pero del Dr Pierre Dukan,  me ha funcionado de maravilla, estoy en la 2da etapa de 4, y he bajado 18 kilos ya solo me faltan 10,  buenisima pero siempre tienen que consultar con su medico para poder hacerla,  excelente articulo felicidades

Pasar hambre ?? Jamás Lo mejor de ésta dieta es que no pasas hambre y siempre te mantiene llena. Normalmente yo alterno carne, pollo y pescado durante la semana, y la sopa por la noche no siempre le pongo verduras, sino vegetales como espinaca, acelgas, calabacin, ajoporro ó cualquier otra rama verde que consiga. DIETA DE LA PROTEINA Me pareció muy acertada la dieta de la proteina, solamente me gustaría que especificaran a los lectores que la carne roja no es recomendable consumirla muchos dias, 3 por dia serían correctos y sanos.
