Toned Arms Routine

If you are one of the people who do not like your arms because they are flaccid, we have the perfect solution to show some toned arms. So practice these simple exercises!

Toned Arms Routine
1

For shoulders

You need a pair of dumbbells or dumbbells of about 1/2 kilo each.

Stand with your feet slightly apart, hold the dumbbells just above your shoulders and keep your knees slightly bent.

Stretch your arms straight up and hold this position for a second and then slowly return your arms to the height of your shoulders.

Do 8 repetitions.

Tricep exercises

Stand up, bend your knees a little and lean slightly forward holding a dumbbell in each hand. (The arms should be on the sides)

Take the 1/2 kilogram dumbbell and bend the right elbow and then stretch the arm back and go turning the wrist so that the palm of your hand is facing the ceiling. Turn again and return to the position of the bent elbow and stretch again.

You can also perform this exercise with your knees on the floor.

Do 12 repetitions with each arm.

With a ball

Do push-ups, placing the palms of the hands on the ground facing forward, but this time put a soccer ball on the floor under your right hand.

Just when you are going down to the floor, press the ball with your hand. Meanwhile, the left hand must remain supported on the floor.

Do 5 repetitions with each arm.

Boxing

Stand with your feet at your hips. Flex the knees and contract the abdomen.

Bend your arms towards your face and squeeze your fists, keeping your elbows up and your spine straight.

Pretend that you are hitting a boxing bag with your right arm.

Repeat 20 times with each arm
