The ingredients for this tip are:
(Amounts for 2 servings, one fasting and one before sleep)
• 2 cups chopped watermelon
• 1 teaspoon of ginger
• 2 slices of aloe
• 1 apple
• 1 fist of spinach washed and disinfected
• 3 dates or prunes

Blend all the ingredients. If necessary, add more watermelon so it does not get too thick.

Add the aloe and blend until you have a homogeneous mixture.

Take the liquefied for a minimum period of 3 months. You can substitute watermelon for pineapple, coconut water, or green tea.
If you want it cold, do not add ice, better freeze the fruit.
