Materials:

260 gr of flour ½ teaspoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon chochitos of colors 115 gr of butter without salt 115 gr of sugar 25 gr of egg 1 teaspoon of essence of vanilla Roller Waxed paper

To make cookie dough: In a large bowl add flour and baking powder, whisk together and reserve.

In another bowl add butter, beat until there is a uniform texture. Add sugar and mix until completely combined and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla essence.

Add the flour slowly to the previous mixture. Mix until the dough forms. Place the dough in a bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Stretch the dough on a lightly floured work surface using wax paper on the dough.

Preheat the oven to 180 °. Cut the cookies and bake on a tray for 8 or 10 minutes.

To decorate the cookies you will need:

White Fondant Colored Sugar Colored Chochitos Colored Glass White and Green Manga Duya # 2

Separate the glaze in 2 bowls. Leave one white and paint the other green. Place the green frosting on a sleeve with duya # 2. Place the white frosting on a sleeve with duya # 2. Fill the lower half of the cookie with green frosting.
