1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Finely chop the garlic and add it to the blender along with the other ingredients; set the oil aside.
Blend until you achieve a smooth mixture; start adding the oil gradually until it is incorporated into the rest of the dressing. Enjoy.
2) Strawberry and pistachio dressing
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Capullo® oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/8 cup sugar
3 strawberries, previously washed
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon shelled and finely chopped pistachios
Preparation:
Make sure the pistachio is finely chopped.
Next, blend all the ingredients.
Add the chopped pistachios.
3) Maple and balsamic dressing
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Capullo® oil
1 cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup Dijon mustard
½ cup maple syrup
1 clove garlic
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Preparation:
Finely chop the garlic.
Add it to the mixture of all the other ingredients. You will get a delicious sweet and sour dressing.
