The photograph must be 1200 x 800 in size. 5) You can upload up to 3 photographs of your dish with the LA MODERNA product. 6) Photographs that are not uploaded to any of the 3 links of the participating recipes will not be considered. 7) After completing the above steps, the participant must send an email to información@kiwilimon.com with the following information: Full name and address Registered email Screenshots of the photograph and review you are participating with If the participant does not send this email, they will not be considered for this contest. 8) Winners will be notified on November 4, 2015, via email. KIWILIMÓN® GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST Because you are our best chef, Kiwilimón invites you to participate in our contest! Cook one of our 3 Kiwilimón recipes, upload a photo of your preparation with the product packaging, share your opinion with us, and participate to win a Kitchen Aid® mixer. 1.- Conditions to participate: All users residing in the United Mexican States (Mexico) may participate. 2.- Editorial Principles: At Kiwilimón, through this contest we seek to promote: a) Honesty: The photograph you share must be your own. We seek photographs to have an original, creative touch and, above all, to be yours and not obtained from another site on the Internet or any other source. b) Respect and camaraderie: Kiwilimón, through this and all its contests, seeks to communicate users with each other, as well as with the page administrators, in the pursuit of a space that connects the ideas and creativity of users, so we would appreciate it if you avoid giving negative comments to other people competing. c) Feedback: We welcome your constructive criticism to improve our contests via información@kiwilimon.com. For the above reasons, to safeguard these principles, Kiwilimón reserves the right to disqualify from the contest any user who exhibits behavior contrary to the principles outlined in subsections a), b), and c) of this point, as well as all users who do not meet the requirements of this contest, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Kiwilimón will choose the winner of the best photo and review considering that: (i) both the photo and review are uploaded to the website, (ii) the photograph is original and truthful (that they are original and not copied), (iii) the quality of the recipe and image (iv) the photograph has good composition, lighting, and adheres to the Kiwilimón recipe and dish decoration. The winner of this contest will receive a Kitchen Aid® mixer, a NUTRIBULLET®, a food processor, and their photograph will be published as an extra image of the recipe on the Kiwilimón website. Additionally, at Kiwilimón's sole discretion, for the selection of the winning participant, Kiwilimón may consider the number of likes/thumbs up each photograph and review has. The winners will be notified on November 4, 2015, via the email used to upload the photo. Photographs that do not meet all the requirements established in this section will be automatically disqualified from the contest. 3.- Validity: From October 6 to November 1, 2015. 4.- Prizes: 1st Kitchen Aid® Mixer 2nd NUTRIBULLET® 3rd Food Processor 5.- Place and date of prize delivery: The prize will be awarded to the winner residing in the Federal District and the Metropolitan area of the State of Mexico, at the Kiwilimón offices located at: Bosques de Radiatas No. 10, 2nd floor, Colonia Bosques de las Lomas, Cuajimalpa Delegation, C.P.05120, Mexico City. If the winner resides in Mexico outside of Mexico City and the Metropolitan area, the prize will be sent by courier within 15 (fifteen) business days after they have been notified of the contest results. 6.- Transportation and shipping costs of prizes: The winner residing in Mexico City and the Metropolitan area will pick up their prize, covering the corresponding expenses. Shipping costs for prizes for users not residing in Mexico City and the Metropolitan area will be covered by Kiwilimón. For now, this contest is only for residents in Mexico.
