2) Follow the steps to prepare the recipe you chose, cook it yourself, take a photo of the final dish with the LA MODERNA product you used, and upload it to the same link in the "upload your photo" section. 3) Share your experience cooking the recipe through a brief review in the “OPINIONS AND COMMENTS” section of the same link, your review must contain a tip to make preparation easier and must have at least 160 characters. 4) The photograph must be your own and inspired by one of our 3 Kiwilimón recipes (not copied and/or altered from another source). The photograph must be 1200 x 800 in size. 5) You can upload up to 3 photographs of your dish with the LA MODERNA product. 6) Photographs that are not uploaded to any of the 3 links of the participating recipes will not be considered. 7) After completing the above steps, the participant must send an email to información@kiwilimon.com with the following information:

If the participant does not send this email, they will not be considered for this contest.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST

Because you are our best chef, Kiwilimón invites you to participate in our contest! Cook one of our 3 Kiwilimón recipes, upload a photo of your preparation with the product packaging, share your opinion with us, and participate to win a Kitchen Aid® mixer. 1.- Conditions to participate: All users residing in the United Mexican States (Mexico) may participate. 2.- Editorial Principles: At Kiwilimón, through this contest we seek to promote: a) Honesty: The photograph you share must be your own. We seek photographs to have an original, creative touch and, above all, to be yours and not obtained from another site on the Internet or any other source. b) Respect and camaraderie: Kiwilimón, through this and all its contests, seeks to communicate users with each other, as well as with the page administrators, in the pursuit of a space that connects the ideas and creativity of users, so we would appreciate it if you avoid giving negative comments to other people competing. c) Feedback: We welcome your constructive criticism to improve our contests via información@kiwilimon.com. For the above reasons, to safeguard these principles, Kiwilimón reserves the right to disqualify from the contest any user who exhibits behavior contrary to the principles outlined in subsections a), b), and c) of this point, as well as all users who do not meet the requirements of this contest, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Kiwilimón will choose the winner of the best photo and review considering that: (i) both the photo and review are uploaded to the website, (ii) the photograph is original and truthful (that they are original and not copied), (iii) the quality of the recipe and image (iv) the photograph has good composition, lighting, and adheres to the Kiwilimón recipe and dish decoration.
The winner of this contest will receive a Kitchen Aid® mixer, a NUTRIBULLET®, a food processor, and their photograph will be published as an extra image of the recipe on the Kiwilimón website.
Additionally, at Kiwilimón's sole discretion, for the selection of the winning participant, Kiwilimón may consider the number of "likes/thumbs up" each photograph and review has.
The winners will be notified on November 4, 2015, via the email used to upload the photo.

Photographs that do not meet all the requirements established in this section will be automatically disqualified from the contest. 3.- Validity: From October 6 to November 1, 2015. 4.- Prizes:

5.- Place and date of prize delivery: The prize will be awarded to the winner residing in the Federal District and the Metropolitan area of the State of Mexico, at the Kiwilimón offices located at: Bosques de Radiatas No. 10, 2nd floor, Colonia Bosques de las Lomas, Cuajimalpa Delegation, C.P.05120, Mexico City. If the winner resides in Mexico outside of Mexico City and the Metropolitan area, the prize will be sent by courier within 15 (fifteen) business days after they have been notified of the contest results. 6.- Transportation and shipping costs of prizes: The winner residing in Mexico City and the Metropolitan area will pick up their prize, covering the corresponding expenses. Shipping costs for prizes for users not residing in Mexico City and the Metropolitan area will be covered by Kiwilimón. For now, this contest is only for residents in Mexico. We appreciate your understanding in case you reside abroad, but we invite you to closely follow all Kiwilimón contests. 7.- Exclusions of liability: Kiwilimón is not responsible for failures or errors that occur at any stage of the photo contest due to fortuitous events or force majeure, including any system failure that is not attributable or foreseeable. Additionally, it is not responsible for prizes that are not collected at Kiwilimón offices within 6 (six) months from the notification of contest results. Furthermore, it is understood that by participating in the contest, the user expressly and irrevocably grants Kiwilimón all the economic rights derived from the photographs that users upload to the website to participate, with the user reserving no rights. By virtue of the above, Kiwilimón is authorized to exploit any of the photographs that the user shares to participate in the contest, including but not limited to: dissemination, publication, production, transmission, printing, recording, editing, exhibition, modification, implementation, public communication, distribution to the public (with or without advertising purposes), translation, reproduction, adaptation, compilation, paraphrasing, arrangement, or any other form of exploitation permitted by the Federal Copyright Law and articles 16, 21, 24, 30, 31, 83 bis and others related and applicable of the same regulation, as well as the legislation of the matter.
