Do you have some homemade yogurt left and don’t know how to use it? Make the most of it! With that and a little milk, you can prepare your breakfast for tomorrow.
Ingredients to make homemade yogurt:
4 parts of milk
1 part of natural yogurt
Instructions:
Heat the milk until it reaches a temperature of 85° C. If you don’t have a thermometer handy, remove the milk from the heat when you see it starting to steam and rise a bit. Stir constantly to prevent it from sticking.

Let the temperature of the milk drop to 45°. You will know it’s ready when it’s still warm, but you can put a finger in without burning yourself.

Mix the yogurt with the milk. If you want it to have a thicker consistency, increase to 2 parts of yogurt for every part of milk.

Keep the mixture in a warm place. You can even preheat the oven and leave it there overnight.

Refrigerate the mixture and wait a couple of hours for the yogurt to thicken.
