The best way to make impossible cake

This dessert may seem like an expert's job, but anyone can do it if the right method is used.   Personally, the first time I saw the impossible cake, I was amazed. Not only were there two of my favorite desserts at once (chocolate cake and flan), but I couldn't understand how it was made. At first, I simply thought there must be some magical way, then I used logic and thought that the ingredients must have different densities, and that was why the cake was completely divided. I even thought that they were made separately, cut, and perfectly joined later, but I was wrong. The reality is that making this typical Mexican dessert is quite easy. I researched and realized that my logical thoughts had a bit of truth; the best way to make an impossible or chocoflan, as it is known in some places, is to create both the flan and the cake separately, then pour the cake first, followed by the flan into the same container, and finally bake them in a water bath. The heat from the oven through the water causes the denser mixture, that is, the flan, to go down to the bottom of the container, and conversely, the chocolate cake, which is naturally more porous, rises to the surface. When you take out your preparation, you get something exactly opposite to what you poured, the chocolate on top and the flan below. If you want to decorate and enhance the flavor, it is typical to spread it with dulce de leche and a bit of whipped cream and sprinkle with nuts or macadamia nuts. This is not just a delicious dessert but also one that children can help with and learn about cooking and chemistry, all at the same time. It turns out to be an interesting, tasty, and almost magical preparation in the eyes of some children, who, like me, will be fascinated by the creation of this dessert.   Recipe for Impossible Cake with Cajeta Ingredients: - 1 cup of store-bought cajeta - 3/4 cup of sugar - 1/3 cup of cocoa powder - 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder - 1 pinch of salt - 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil - 1/2 cup of milk to make buttermilk - 1 egg at room temperature - 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract - 1 can of evaporated milk (340 grams) for the flan - 1 can of condensed milk (400 grams) for the flan - 4 eggs for the flan - 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence for the flan - 1/2 teaspoon of salt for the flan - 3/4 cup of chopped and toasted walnuts for decoration - 3/4 cup of flour - a drop of lemon juice Find the procedure and the video to prepare this recipe by clicking here.   Did you know how easy it is to prepare the impossible cake?
