It alleviates symptoms of menopause and osteoporosis due to its phytoestrogen content, and phytic acid prevents artery blockage and the appearance of carcinogenic agents. It has a low glycemic index, regulates insulin, maintains energy levels in diabetics, combats stress, and protects the nervous system. Bean. There are different varieties such as the aduki which helps reduce blood thickness, a cause of many diseases; it calms stress and aids the kidneys due to its diuretic properties. It is also used to relieve diarrhea, edema (inflammation), and boils. The pinto bean or bean is native to Peru; its complex carbohydrates help address heart problems and its iron will aid in recovery from any illness or for people with anemia. They also contain potassium and folic acid, which heal wounds and reduce the risk of heart disease. Additionally, they are very useful for combating gynecological issues. Chickpea. Abundant in isoflavones, they prevent hormonal disorders such as premenstrual syndrome and breast cancer. Their antiseptic and diuretic properties are excellent for fighting cystitis and edema. They also promote nutrient absorption and strengthen nerves and muscles.
