It was not easy to stack these sandwiches 😂 Marinated tempeh and salad 😌 The marinade recipe is from the Oh She Glows Cookbook, and is super easy with balsamic vinegar, soy sauce or tamari, rice malt syrup, olive oil and garlic. It's one of my favourite ways to eat tempeh, and it's even better cold the next day. I make a batch then keep it in the fridge and add it to whatever I'm eating.
