Right now, as I'm sure you've noticed, I'm getting into the whole healthy eating thing. Talking with nutritionists and health coaches helped me answer the question many of us had: when to start the diet? Well, first of all, the days of “summer is coming” and I have to go on a diet, “I'm going to the beach” and I have to go on a diet, or “I have a wedding,” “the dress doesn’t fit” and I have to go on a diet… are over. Because guess what? It's all about you DO NOT HAVE to go on a diet. The decision should be made out of your own conviction, not because you have... do you get me? So the best time to start a diet is when there's no urgency, when you're determined to do it. For example, a good option I was given is to start on a Friday because when you start, you have a lot of willpower, and the difficult part about diets is sticking to them over the weekend.
