Start the holiday season with the first Rice Festival organized by Grupo Castellano for rice lovers from November 14 to December 10, where the unmatched talents of chefs Mauricio López, Mikel Alonso, and Pablo San Román have come together. The festival features an extended menu with seven delicious rice options, a dessert, and a cocktail, in addition to the regular menu of the restaurants Centro Castellano Uruguay, Centro Castellano Camino Real, Casa de Castilla, and Torre de Castilla. At the festival's presentation, Pablo San Román, chef of the restaurants Ekilore and Ajo Blanco, expressed his honor in collaborating with a benchmark of Spanish cuisine in Mexico City. “Grupo Castellano is a story. All of us who own restaurants, without exception, would like to reach 60 years. To go through crises and pandemics and come out ahead.
