These little cakes, or cupcakes, are known in the United States as Red Velvet Cupcakes. They have a delicious cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients
2 1/2 Cups of Flour
3 Tablespoons of Cocoa
1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder (Royal)
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1 1/2 Cups of Sugar
6 Tablespoons of Unsalted Butter
2 Eggs
1 1/4 Cups of Milk with a few drops of lemon
1 1/2 Teaspoon of White Vinegar
1 1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons of Red Food Coloring
5 Tablespoons of Butter (for the cream cheese frosting)
4 Teaspoons of Milk with a few drops of lemon (for the cream cheese frosting)
1 Package of 8 ounces Cream Cheese (for the cream cheese frosting)
3 1/2 Cups of Powdered Sugar (for the cream cheese frosting)
1 1/4 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract (for the cream cheese frosting)
