If you consume too much sugar during the day, reduce your intake for a while to see if it improves your skin.
2. Stress
Moreover, when we deal with a heavy workload and pressures at work, it could be that your skin reacts with acne breakouts. Besides dealing with the situation causing you stress, you can help your condition by doing breathing exercises or practicing some yoga, having dinner early for better sleep, and taking a few minutes for yourself whenever you can.
