All these options are finger-licking good! Cinnamon Rolls For the dough 9 g of yeast¾ cup of milk (warm) 2 ¾ cups of flour ¼ cup of sugar1 tsp of salt1 egg2 tbsp of butter (melted)For the filling 1 cup of brown sugar 1 cup of butter (at room temperature) 2 tbsp of cinnamon ½ cup of walnuts For the glaze 1 cup of powdered sugar 2 tbsp of milk For brushing 1 egg PreparationFor the dough: mix the yeast and the milk. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Beat the flour, sugar, egg, salt, and milk with the yeast until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Add the butter and continue beating. Place the dough in a previously greased bowl and let it rise for an hour or until it doubles in size. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. For the filling: mix the brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Roll out the dough on a floured surface with a rolling pin, add the filling and walnuts and roll it up. Place in a previously greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in size. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 5 mm. Brush with butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, add the blueberries and nuts, and roll up. Cut the dough into 3 cm wide portions and place in a muffin tin with liners.
