For the dough
- 9 g of yeast
- ¾ cup of milk (warm)
- 2 ¾ cups of flour
- ¼ cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp of butter (melted)
For the filling
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of butter (at room temperature)
- 2 tbsp of cinnamon
- ½ cup of walnuts
- For the glaze
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp of milk
For brushing
Preparation
- For the dough: mix the yeast and the milk. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Beat the flour, sugar, egg, salt, and milk with the yeast until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
- Add the butter and continue beating. Place the dough in a previously greased bowl and let it rise for an hour or until it doubles in size.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- For the filling: mix the brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface with a rolling pin, add the filling and walnuts and roll it up. Cut the rolls into 2 cm thick pieces.
- Place the cinnamon rolls in a baking dish and let them rise for 20 minutes.
- Brush with egg and bake the rolls for 20 minutes.
- For the glaze: mix the powdered sugar and milk and drizzle over the cinnamon rolls.

- 1/4 tsp of salt
- ¾ cup of sugar
- 10 g of yeast
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup of milk (warm)
- 1 cup of butter (cold, in cubes)
For the filling
- ¼ cup of butter (melted)
- Sugar
- Cinnamon powder
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of pecans

- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp of milk
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
- For the dough: beat the flour, salt, sugar, yeast, and egg until a combined dough is obtained.
- Add the butter and knead until a smooth and elastic texture is achieved. Place in a previously greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 5 mm. Brush with butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, add the blueberries and nuts, and roll up.
- Cut the dough into 3 cm wide portions and place in a muffin tin with liners. Brush with egg and let rise for 20 minutes.
- Bake the cinnamon rolls for 18 minutes.
- For the glaze: mix the powdered sugar and milk until a semi-thick consistency is obtained.
- Decorate the cinnamon roll muffins with the glaze.

- 9 slices of sandwich bread
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 cup of butter (melted)
- ½ cup of sugar
- 2 tbsp of ground cinnamon
- ¾ cup of walnuts (finely chopped)
- ¾ cup of blueberries
For the glaze
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- ½ cup of cream cheese
- 3 tbsp of milk
Preparation
- Place cling film over a flat surface, place the pieces of bread, and brush the edges with egg and press down.
- Brush the bread with butter and add sugar, cinnamon, walnuts, and blueberries. Roll up and press the roll to prevent the filling from coming out. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Cut into 3 cm thick portions, place on a baking tray, and bake the cinnamon rolls at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
- For the glaze: mix the powdered sugar, cream cheese, and milk.
- Drizzle the cinnamon rolls with the glaze.
