If you can't start your day without enjoying a good coffee, how about this cappuccino with Gamesa® Classic Orange Blossom Cookies? It will become your favorite drink thanks to the coffee liqueur and a hint of orange.
For the coffee: Place the ground coffee in a French press and pour in the hot water, no need to stir, just cover without pressing down the plunger. Let it steep for 4 minutes, you will notice a crust of coffee forming on the surface that we don't want to touch; after the time is up, gently stir the coffee without touching the bottom of the press, remove some of the foam that forms on the surface, and cover again without pressing down the plunger. Let it steep for another 5 minutes, and then press down the plunger, but only until it touches the surface of the coffee. Serve in a small cup the amount you desire, according to how you like your coffee, we recommend ¼ cup. Keep warm.
For the milk: Heat the milk, orange peel, and cloves in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly and ensuring that the milk does not boil over. Strain and keep warm.
Blend the flavored milk with the Gamesa® Classic Orange Blossom Cookies at medium-low speed to create foam, do it for at least two minutes or until you have enough foam for your cappuccino. Keep warm.
Serve the cappuccino in a tall cup, pour the milk until it fills less than ¾ of the cup's capacity, then gradually add the coffee liqueur and the espresso you reserved. If necessary, add more foam with a spoon. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and serve with Gamesa® Classic Orange Blossom Cookies.
