Caramel Mocha

This caramel mocha is a delicious combination of chocolate, caramel, and coffee, plus it is easy to make, practical, and enjoyed hot. It has a special touch of Swiss Miss® milk chocolate powder, which is made with milk and 100% cocoa, gluten-free, caffeine-free, and free from preservatives, artificial colors, and flavorings.

  • 2 tablespoons Swiss Miss® milk chocolate
  • 1 cup sugar, for the sauce
  • 3 tablespoons water, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, for the sauce
  • 3/4 cups sour cream, for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the sauce
  • 4 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons instant coffee
  • Reddi Wip® whipped cream

  • For the caramel sauce: Cook the sugar with water and lemon juice in a pot over medium heat until it becomes a golden caramel, then add the butter and mix, then add the sour cream and mix well until the sugar is dissolved and remove from heat. Set aside.
  • Heat the milk until it boils, then add the Swiss Miss® milk chocolate and mix until incorporated, then add the coffee, remove from heat, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Decorate a glass with the caramel sauce, pour in the chocolate coffee, and finish with Reddi Wip® whipped cream and caramel sauce.
