Chocolate Table Carajillo

If you love table chocolate, you will love this delicious carajillo recipe, as it is prepared with a delightful combination of cookie, marshmallows, chocolate, and coffee. Try this amazing chocolate table carajillo!

  • 2 ounces espresso coffee
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 Mexican chocolate tablets
  • 2 ounces Licor 43
  • ice cubes
  • cookies, ground
  • honey
  • marshmallow, roasted

  • Boil the milk with the chocolate and cook for 5 minutes or until the chocolate dissolves. Set aside.
  • On a plate, add the ground cookie, and on another, add the honey; dip a low glass first in the honey and then in the cookie until the entire top of the glass is covered. Set aside.
  • Add to the glass ice, the espresso, 2 ounces of chocolate milk, and Licor 43, mix well with a spoon.
  • Garnish with a toothpick and two roasted marshmallows. Enjoy!
