  • 1 1/2 ounces lime juice, seedless
  • 2 ounces hibiscus flower concentrate, can be natural
  • 1/2 ounces simple syrup
  • ice cubes, in cubes
  • 2 ounces Mezcal, in a bottle with a nipple
  • lime, slices, for garnish
  • worm salt, for rimming
  • lime juice, for rimming

  • Place the ice in a shaker, then pour in the lemon juice, natural syrup, hibiscus concentrate, and mezcal. Shake well.
  • Moisten the rim of a martini glass with lemon juice and rim with worm salt.
  • Pour the mixture into your glass and garnish the mezcal with a slice of lemon.
