This refreshing drink has a touch of rum and is mixed with horchata, evaporated milk, coconut cream, and cinnamon. It's the perfect cocktail for a very Mexican party or any special gathering with family and friends. Plus, you can blend it with ice to turn it into a frozen drink, much cooler and thicker.

  • 1/2 cups horchata concentrate
  • 1/2 cups rum
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cups coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 cinnamon stick
