We gave horchata a twist with a touch of coffee and a delicious blend of rice and cinnamon. This hot drink is perfect for winter thanks to the touch of Reddi Wip® whipped cream, which makes it irresistible. Try this coffee horchata recipe!
1 1/2 cups rice, soaked for 15 minutes in warm water, drained, for the horchata
2 cups whole milk, for the horchata
1 cup evaporated milk, for the horchata
1 cup condensed milk, for the horchata
1 tablespoon cinnamon, for the horchata
2 ounces espresso coffee, hot
cinnamon powder, for decoration

For the rice milk: Blend the previously soaked rice with whole milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and cinnamon until fully integrated. Strain.
Transfer the rice milk to a saucepan, heat, and boil for 3 minutes.
Pour the espresso coffee into a glass, then carefully add the hot horchata; it’s okay if they mix. Decorate with Reddi Wip® whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
