Cold Coconut-Anise Cappuccino

When you prepare this cold coconut cappuccino, served with delicious Nescafé® Clasico, it will provide the richest flavor and aroma mixed with coconut cream and a delicate touch of anise, giving your refreshing drink the perfect taste that you can enjoy as a dessert or an appetizer.

  • 3/4 ounces anise
  • 4 cubes ice cubes
  • 1/2 cups coconut cream
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes, frappe
  • 2 tablespoons soluble coffee Nescafé® Clásico®
  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • Place the anise with 2 ice cubes in a glass. Set aside.
  • Blend the coconut cream with the frappé ice and pour a little over the previous mixture, then freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Dissolve the NESCAFÉ® CLÁSICO® instant coffee in water, take the glass out of the freezer and pour the coffee over the frozen mixture. Serve.
