Creamy Mango Water

Try this wonderful creamy water made with Ataulfo mango, a delicious fruit produced in Chiapas. The Ataulfo mango, of Mexican origin, is named after Mr. Ataulfo Morales, who experimented in the 1960s with his mango plantations to gift us one of the sweetest mangoes in the world. Enjoy this creamy mango and honey water, it's irresistible!

  • 3 mangoes, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups orange juice, seedless
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cups honey
  • ice cubes
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 mango, for making skewers, for decoration

  • Blend the mango, orange juice, cream, and honey until well combined.
  • In a pitcher, place ice to taste, pour in the mango pulp, and add a little water, mix with a spoon and enjoy.
