Cucumber Martini
Lorenza Ávila
This recipe is my favorite, the cucumber martini is perfect for any occasion. If you really like cucumber, you will love this drink. Add a sprinkle of chili powder on top for a tangy/spicy flavor.

In a pitcher, mix the Gin and cucumbers and let it sit for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator (it’s better if you do this the night before).
Transfer the mixture to a blender and then strain well to remove cucumber pieces.
Pour half of the Gin into the shaker, add 1 tablespoon of Vermouth and ice, then shake.
Repeat the same with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more Martinis.
