Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups gin; 1 cucumber, seedless and peeled, chopped into cubes (save 6 thin slices for garnish); 2 tablespoons vermouth; ice cubes, to taste

In a pitcher, mix the Gin and cucumbers and let it sit for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator (it’s better if you do this the night before). Transfer the mixture to a blender and then strain well to remove cucumber pieces.
