Gomichela

  • 2 tablespoons tamarind pods
  • 2 tablespoons chamoy
  • chile powder, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 limes
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • gummies, to taste

  • Frost the beer mug with the help of a flat plate covered in chamoy and a flat plate covered in chili piquín.
  • Dip the gummy candies in chamoy, then coat the gummy candies with chili piquín. Insert the gummy candies onto a wooden stick.
  • Pour two tablespoons of tamarind inside the mug, repeating the process with the chamoy.
  • Add the other ingredients (except for the beer).
  • Pour the beer.
  • Decorate with the skewer of gummy candies and a tamarind stick.
