Mango Michelada with Chamoy

  • 1 tablespoon chamoy, for the mango pulp
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, for the mango pulp
  • 1/3 limes, for the rim

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons Maggi seasoning
  • 1 bottle lager beer
  • 1/4 cups mango, in cubes for garnish

  • Blend the mango pulp together with the liquid chamoy and lime juice until perfectly combined. Set aside.
  • Rub the lime wedge along the rim of the beer glass, then rim with salt until fully coated.
  • Pour the prepared mango pulp into the rimmed glass, add hot sauce, lime juice, and Maggi sauce; mix and serve the beer halfway, add the chopped mango, and top off with more beer. Garnish with cucumber and mango.
