Michelada with Clamato and Shrimp

Stir up your classic michelada with this beer drink with clamato and shrimp, it's perfect for cravings or an afternoon with friends, it has cucumber, lime, hot sauces, of course shrimp, and a touch of chamoy. It will be a sensation, you have to try it!

  • chamoy, for rimming
  • chile powder, for rimming
  • 1/2 cups pink shrimp, for making the skewer
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, in rolls
  • 4 tablespoons lime
  • 3 tablespoons Maggi seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • ice cubes
  • 2 cups tomato clam juice
  • 1/2 cups pink shrimp
  • 1/4 cups cucumber, cut into cubes
  • 1 Corona® Familiar beer, 12 oz

  • Rim a glass with beer by dipping it in liquid chamoy and then in chili powder. Set aside.
  • On a board, insert shrimp alternated with rolled cucumber onto a skewer.
  • Mix the lime juice, maggi sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce, salt, pepper, and with the help of a spoon, add the clamato and mix. Add a little shrimp and diced cucumber and mix lightly.
  • Add the ice, carefully pour in the Cerveza Corona®. Decorate the michelada with the skewer. Enjoy.
