Heat a pot with water to boiling point, then add the hibiscus, orange leaves, lemon leaves, spearmint, mint, and rose petals and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the lemon drops and remove from heat. Incorporate the stevia leaves, let it steep for 4 minutes, and strain.
Serve the floral tisane hot and enjoy.
