Fruit, Ginger, and Honey Smoothie

This flu-fighting smoothie is perfect for naturally boosting your immune system, as it contains different citrus fruits rich in vitamin C and Tres Estrellas® rice flour.   • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • 2 tablespoons ginger
  • 1/2 cups Tres Estrellas® rice flour
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 cups guava, in quarters
  • 1/4 cups pineapple, in cubes

  • In a pot, heat the water, add the honey and ginger. Incorporate Tres Estrellas® rice flour and stir until combined. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
  • In a blender, place the ice, oatmeal, orange juice, grapefruit juice, guava, and pineapple. Add a cup of the Tres Estrellas® rice flour mixture and blend.
  • Serve very cold and garnish with slices of grapefruit, pineapple, and guava. Enjoy!
