Ginger, Pineapple, and Mint Tea

If you want a refreshing and diuretic tea, this tea is for you, a delicious cold ginger and mint tea sweetened with monk fruit and a touch of pineapple.

  • 1 piece ginger, without skin
  • 1/4 cups peppermint
  • 2 cloves
  • 1/2 cups pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit
  • ice cubes

  • In a small pot, pour the water and bring to a boil, add the ginger, mint, clove, and pineapple, and let steep for 5 minutes, then add the monk fruit. Cool and strain.
