2 tablespoons fresh ginger, sliced
2 chunks mandarin orange peel, without the white part
2 cinnamon sticks
1/2 cups mandarin orange juice

Heat water until it boils, then add the ginger, tangerine peel, and cinnamon. Lower the temperature and heat for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it steep for 2 minutes, strain, and add the tangerine juice.
