1 cup hibiscus flower

Boil the hibiscus flower in water for 25 minutes or until it takes on a very red color.
Remove the water from the heat and allow it to cool. Strain the water to remove the flowers.
In a pitcher, mix the water with the sugar. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving and add ice.
