In a small saucepan, pour in the coffee cream or evaporated milk, almond extract, and brown sugar or piloncillo. Keep on low heat, stir well, and wait until it's hot.
Gradually incorporate the liquid coffee into the saucepan, mixing everything together. Leave on the heat until it comes to a boil.
If you feel it's too concentrated, add more evaporated milk.
