Apple, Orange, and Cinnamon Infusion

This aromatic apple tea includes orange zest, cinnamon, and is served in an apple, making it very original; perfect for tea time with friends.

  • 1 red apple
  • 1 orange
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 liter water

  • Cut off the top of the apple like a lid, scoop out the fruit flesh with a spoon, leaving 10 mm thickness on the edges.
  • Zest the orange using a fine grater.
  • Put the liter of water in a pot over medium heat.
  • Add the apple, zest, and cinnamon.
  • When it's about to boil, add the juice of half an orange.
  • Serve hot in the hollowed-out apple, decorate with a quarter slice of orange and a cinnamon stick.
