This apple cinnamon atole has a spectacular flavor thanks to the combination of flavors, making it ideal for the cold season. Best of all, it is an economical and easy-to-prepare drink; you will love its taste!
In a cup or small bowl, add Tres Estrellas® Rice Flour and the milk, then mix until completely dissolved. Set aside until use.
Pour enough water into a pot over medium heat and cook the apples along with the cinnamon sticks. Remove from heat until the apples are soft, drain, and set aside.
Blend the apples, sugar, and milk at maximum speed until achieving a homogeneous mixture. Add the mixture to a pot and cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
Once boiling, add the Tres Estrellas® Rice Flour dissolved in milk (mix again before pouring). Cook over low-medium heat for 5 minutes and stir constantly until obtaining the desired consistency.
Serve the apple cinnamon atole in a clay cup, decorate with a cinnamon stick and apple.
