In a cup or small bowl, add Tres Estrellas® Rice Flour and the milk, then mix until completely dissolved. Set aside until use. Pour enough water into a pot over medium heat and cook the apples along with the cinnamon sticks. Remove from heat until the apples are soft, drain, and set aside.
