Pour the warm water and add the cornstarch in a bowl. Mix until fully integrated and set aside until use.
Heat the water and the cinnamon stick in a pot over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then, add the Leche Santa Clara® and cook for 15 minutes or until it boils. Finally, add the table chocolate and mix until completely dissolved.
Add the cornstarch and mix very well. Cook for 5 more minutes or until the atole thickens.
