  • 2 cups strawberries, washed and disinfected
  • 1 tablespoon clear vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cups walnuts

  • Blend one liter of AdeS® Soy with sugar, strawberries, vanilla, starch, and nuts until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Heat the atole in a small pot over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. Serve hot and decorate with strawberries and chopped nuts. Enjoy.
