Rompope Atole

Nothing better to accompany cold mornings than this rompope atole. To prepare it, just blend five ingredients and cook it while stirring until it thickens. Enjoy this holiday season with this hot beverage traditionally consumed in Mexico.

  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup rompope
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/3 cups rice flour
  • 1 stick cinnamon

  • Blend the condensed milk with the rompope, milk, and rice flour. Set aside.
  • In a small pot over low heat, cook the atole with the cinnamon stick, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
